Headshot Pop-Up at CAA Event in Ottawa

We worked with CAA to create a customized Headshot Pop-Up Booth for their corporate event, offering an elevated take at traditional photo booths. This part of the event offered event guests with a unique event experience and a valuable takeaway that felt in alignment with the sophistication of the event.

Prior to the event, we began with concept planning and a location scout to sort out the details, from backdrop and furniture choices to lighting style and overall mood. During the event, we hosted short portrait sessions with guided posing customized to each subject, capturing a handful of polished compositions with each guest while keeping the energy upbeat and the process efficient.

The final images were tastefully edited and quickly delivered by email, giving guests a polished, valuable and shareable asset that expanded the impression of the event long after it ended. Guests loved their portraits, and the CAA team was thrilled with the impact this brought to the event.
