Algonquin Alumni of Distinction Awards Event Photography

I had the honour of photographing the Algonquin College Alumni of Distinction Awards - an event recognizing graduates and community partners for their professional achievements and contributions.

The evening brought together alumni, college leadership, award recipients and their families for an evening to celebrate excellence and impact. My role was to capture the event as it unfolded, from stage presentations and award moments to candid interactions throughout the evening. I prioritized capturing a variety of images with each recipient, so they could have tangible memories from the event, and an opportunity to share their images with their communities for even greater impact.

Images from this event serve an important purpose. For Algonquin College, they provide a visual record that supports alumni relations, communications, and future programming. For award recipients, the photographs mark a significant professional milestone, offering lasting documentation of their recognition.
