Head shots and lifestyle portraits for Ottawa Team: Lacasse Counselling

Lacasse Counselling reached out to discuss capturing new head shots of their team members for their upcoming new website. As a team of counsellors, it was important their images demonstrated warmth and trust, so together we decided to capture a variety of images with each subject: a portrait on a white backdrop, more ‘lifestyle’ portraits in the office, and some candid imagery of some teammates together to bring out some personality.

This team was such a delight to work with. We scheduled each subject in for 20-30 minute windows of time to shoot in the different settings, inviting an outfit change between, which left us with room to play with poses and different compositions so each subject had a bit of a different portrait than the last.
