How do you embrace and celebrate your uniqueness?
I'm a 45 year old woman, at an age where I try every day to be authentically me without caring what others might think. Colour is what defines me - pops of colour in my clothing, my home environment and everything I do.
Success is when I am able to celebrate the success of others - feeling genuine joy when others grow and succeed. That's true success for me.
What advice do you have for other women who are walking in your footsteps?
Look around you and see who needs your help and support - don't wait for them to ask but offer it freely. You will be surprised how much goodwill and karma is. built by doing this without expecting anything in return.
Also, vulnerability is powerful - don't be afraid to be your true self.
