Brand Portraits with Lyz Plant

Lyz Plant is massively multi-talented, wildly experienced and an inspiring ball of energy and expression. Learning about her work and capturing her portraits for her personal brand was such a delight!

We shot on-location in Ottawa in a space that would allow for variety (huge thanks to the Wolfe team for lending their gorgeous space in Hintonburg for this project). There are many facets to Lyz and the way she does her work—from makeup artist, to stylist, to brand coach and beyond—and I wanted to capture a range in her portraits that complemented this, so she could drag-and-drop the right kind of photo in the right place across her multiple brands and touchpoints, with still keeping a cohesive tone throughout.

Huge thanks to Lyz for her trust in me to capture these. I left this shoot (and project) with my cup feeling very full.
